I have had to have my PC re-formatted, and I've lost my Microsoft Outlook connection. Because my Broadband is BT, they only support Outlook Express, and I have that connection, but they can't help me to swap it to Microsoft Outlook. Can anyone else help me?

Outlook Express and Outlook are exactly the same when it comes to internet mail (except Outlook saves all the mail as one file ending in .pst whereas OE saves it as multiple files ending .dbx. I think there is a wizard to connect Outlook: just choose Internet mail then your e-mail address, pop and smtp server names (I think both are mail.btopenworld.com) then your username and password. The accounts part of OE is very similar to the accounts part of Outlook.
