Email problems
I have two Yahoo email addresses, one I use frequently and the other not so often. All my contacts are on the main one.
I have always accessed the main email account from a link on my tool-bar.
Last week I downloaded a programme to let me watch TV from round the world, but it installed a new tool-bar
with the choice of accessing both my Yahoo email accounts from the same link.
I now find that clicking on the link only gives me access to the email account I rarely use, and try as I might, I cannot access my main account.
I have tried using mail2web.com and GotomyPC but they both don't recognise the email address.
I have emailed Yahoo from another email address I have, but as yet had no reply.
Do you think, if I deleted the TV programme I downloaded, it might revert back to what I had before, or has anyone any suggestions.
I have a wireless Acer Aspire 5315 laptop and am on Vista Home Basics.
Many thanks for any advice
Denis

If you're gonna delete the TV program it is best to uninstall it properly. Just deleting it will leave all its debris behind which may be causing the problem. Before you download any program you don't know, open another browser window and search for the program's name with review behind it. If it is a known baddie it will probably come up as such.
