This inspiron 1501 has been going slow for a few days .I have run the anti virus it got no threats .after the welcome page is got via pressing control alt delete this is an ongoig problem .A message box comes up IE 3 sh .exe unable to locate component I click out of it then another box comes up it says This application has failed to start because BHO DLL was not found Re installing the application may fix problem.

seems you've deleted a library file....download Firefox; may fix it?
