Chuckfickens - followed your instructions about clicking on the 'phantom box' to the left of 'your avatar is inactive and had no luck so I clicked on the right hand side and it was either that, or bibblebubs suggestion to use a different browser that worked (still no little box though) - thank you both so much and everyone else who helped me. really appreciate it - go well
