New bungalow sites.

Not sure which section should have put this but hope I get some replies! Wish to find brand new developments in North/Mid/West Wales that have detached bungalows.Have tried googling with smart,rightmove,new homes,etc but can't seem to find a quicker way to find builders and despite entering new bungalow still get "new listing" for used properties.Just wondered if there is a short cut to find builders that are building bungalows.Thanks for all help.Feels like tying to find a needle in a haystack.

have you put double quote marks around "new bungalow", like that? That means you'll only get those words together not sites that have new in one sentence and bungalow in another... sorry, can't answer your actual question

Are you sure that you've used Rightmove's filtering system to its best advantage?

Start here:
http://www.rightmove....-Wales/bungalows.html

Then click on 'Brand New Homes' to apply your first filter. Then click on 'Detached Bungalows' to apply your second filter. If required, select the 'Highest' or 'Lowest' price first listing. Browse results.

Then change 'North Wales' to 'Mid Wales' and click 'Update Results'. (There isn't a category for 'West Wales'. Try a county name instead).
