Why can't I access the Topshop website from my Laptop?

Everytime I try, it looks like it's rerouting to the US website, the it just goes blank and nothing happens.

I'm based in the UK. I can't access it though links from other webistes or via Google. Its been like this for months now.

Can anyone help??

It is the same site - there doesn't seem to be a "co.uk" site.

Look on the top row make sure that your region is set at UK and the items are shown in British pounds.

I can't check the region or anything because it is literally just a blank white screen. There's nothing there :(

You end up with the blank page all the time?

Have you clicked a link from a Google search?
Typed the url into the address bar?
Clicked on my url?

If so I have no idea why this happens. It shouldn't be happening. ;-(

I have tried those things, yes- it's very strange, isn't it? Its gutting because I love Topshop!!!

Try going to your control panel on the PC, open up the languages and regions controls and make sure it is set to UK on all of the tabs. Also open your disc cleanup programme and run it, reboot and try accessing the Topshop site afterwards.

Oh dear- that just takes me to Topman UK and asks me if I want to change regios to the US site!

There should be a link on the Top Man page to Top Shop.

I'm not sure what's wrong with the UK page you ahve referred to.
But anyway, maybe the US page is in your favourites- if so, delete it from there.
Also clear your browser's cache- this sometimes works as your browser may keep going to a stored page in its memory.
