I was talking to a friend yesterday who was saying that the battery in his mobile was on it's last legs as the charge only lasted about half a day, but when he was searching online for a replacement battery he came across a ''little known tips'' site that said when your old phone battery starts running low quickly,
instead of buying a new one just remove it and put it in a plastic bag and place in the freezer overnight,
thaw it out the next day and then recharge it and bingo it's as good as new. has anybody else heard of this & does it work?

Never heard of this but aren't batteries dirt cheap? Why risk blowing up a good phone? Unless it's a crap phone in which case keep us posted with the results! Have you a link to the website that gave this information?
This seems to be in similar league to "how to get free Sky subscription. Put the remote in the microwave on full power for 30 seconds.
I wouldn't be surprised if this does work sprayer- it has been said that if you put a locked code car radio in the freezer, when thawed out the code will no longer be locked
Cheers mcmouse Ive tried that and now my microwave and remote don't work! Though on the plus side I suddenly have a load of free scandinavian porn!

I grew into our relationship though!
I've heard that as well, apparently it works because when batteries are charged they are basically warmed up so freezing it makes it loose all charge so the next full charge is like the battery is new. No idea if it works though!
Indeed you did ttfn! http://img.alibaba.co...81815/Sexy_Thongs.jpg
