Answer rating

Unless I am blinded by all the orange/red, I cannot seem to find the bit about giving a rating to an answer and also the place to click on if I don't want to be notified of any more answers - have they both gone?

Rate & Report boxes are in 'orange just under the username.

Please ignore this question - I feel a fool.  I was looking at a question I posted whilst my hubby was signed  on. I can see them now when I am signed in on my own screen name.
