No sound

Have downloaded a film........message states..."Audio Format not supported install a Direct Show decoder (Dolby AC Audio code 8192)
I have done this but still no sound:
Offered 4 options to run
1)aura DVD copy.....doesn't seem to be the one.
2)aura DVD r
3) aura flash
4) aura video.

None of the above seem appropriate
Any ideas?

chuck...I have downloaded that and there is still no sound on the film.
I have clicked onto the desktop icon for VLC Media player, but nothing seems appropriate.

Why don't you learn how to lip read? :-) x

You've downloaded it, have you installed it?

If so the film should open in it, if not right click on the film and select play in VLC player.
