Reinstall Vista - help required please

My mate's just asked if I'd reinstall Vista on his laptop. No hassle except it's not a dell one (only ever done this with a disc containing the drivers) so I'm very hesitant to say yes. How do you find all the relevant drivers for a laptop online? It's acer - would they have a website with the correct ones listed etc?

Goto acers website, click on the support link, find the driver download page, enter model number, download drivers. install drivers.

P.S. acers download sites are rubbish!!

Select global when given the option for best results when given the choice of locations.

Get drivers for....

Wireless lan
Network
Chipset
Video
Audio
Hotkeys
Touchpad
modem (if fitted)
bluetooth (if fitted)


Also get the latest bios and update that while you're at it.
