Clearing all private data will also clear all saved logins you have for any site and may clear some preferences for sites you have saved.
Doesn't Ccleaner also do the same?
You can clear the cache and history and that will remove it from your broswer's 'memory' so no one can see where you have been. If you really do mean clear your hard drive, the only option is to reformat the hard drive and install the OS and all the software again. However, any sites you have visited are logged by you ISP and the information kept for a year.
