I have a rogue pop-up which says it is Internet security and asks if I wish to allow or not allow a programme, I have to click on it two or three times to get rid of it, do you know where it could be?
hard drive? or somewhere else, It's bloody irritating, any help will be appreciated

is it your proper internet security warning you about something, or is it a program claiming to be internet security that you've never seen before?
It's usually malware on your PC (rathe than anything actually being fed to it over the internet) which produces such windows.

If you've got anti-malware software on your PC (such as AdAware, Spybot Search & Destroy, or the relevant component of a commercial security suite, e.g. Norton 2010) run it now.

If not (or if the program you've got is ineffective) download and run the free version of Malwarebytes:

thanks guys, sooo right, I have had to do a full system restore to factory settings, lost all my email addresses...arghhhhhhhhhhh
