I was going to suggest looking at the Nokia site (is there a forgotten password option?) or use their Help facility but thought you must have tried that, so I can't think of anything else.
At least i'm keeping your question alive by creating entries for it in the Recent Posts box.

My "help" would be to write down your userids and passwords each time you register with a new web site.

Keep the paper safe somewhere.

May be best NOT to write down the actual password but write it in a "code" that you understand.

Like if you name it after your first dog write "dog" for password.

...or always send an email to yourself containing the user id and a password hint, and keep all password-related emails in a separate folder
