Problems with sky+ recording

I have had Sky+ for about 4 months. Just lately the sound has been out of sinc on some recordings and mor frequently I am getting the following message appears:

For you information
Recording interrupted
please wait

When the programme returns it has jumped about 5 minutes

Does anyone know what is wrong

Call in a `little man` to fix it. My Sky has been unwatchable just lately so a `little man` is coming to-morrow to fix ours.......I hope.

Have you looked on the SKY website help topics, I'm sure there was a fix to correct sync problems which didn't involve calling in a man to push a few buttons and charge a fortune.

He`s only had the TV for four months Mxyzptlk, so he is still under Guarantee
