Please can anybody help?

I have no sound coming out of my laptop.
All the sound volumes are on maximum and ON
The Laptop volume and screen volume is MAXIMUM (100 using the keyboard volume and 50 clicking on the icon at the bottom right.)
The Laptop is not muted.

I hear the faint sounds through the built in standard laptop speaker.

The Laptop is working fine but I just wonder if anybody knows anything?

I take it you in windows?

Go to control panel then into Sounds and Audio - this will open a box on the volume tab is the MUTE check box ticked if so un tick if not click on audio tab then Volume brings uo another box with 5 sliders are any of the mute boxes ticked? If so untick if not push all the sliders to the top.

NO mute boxex are ticked, and all levels are on Full maximum.
