Convert MP3 to a ringtone

I've downloaded an MP3 file onto my compluter that I'd like to use as a ringtone for my mobile. Is there a way I can do this?

Many mobiles come with or you can easily buy a connector - USB to your phone, that will enable you to download photos off your phone...or upload songs onto it

Then its just a matter of going to your profile on the phone, and changing the ringtone

You could send it to your phone via bluetooth (if both are so equipped). If your phone has a removable card and you have a card-reader that it will fit into - just click and drag.
