I have a folder with photos in on my desk top and I have been unable to print them out or Email them to friends. They are from my digital camera and I can call them up on the screen, but no amount of pressing Print gets me anywhere. Please where am I going wrong? Have HP Photosmart 2575 Printer and Acer computer with Windows 7. Normally I can print from my picture gallery, but these are separate and I don't even seem able to move them over to it. My son made the folder originally a week or so back.

I have no problem printing photos - I have Windows 7 too. My don't you move those photos into new folders in your picture gallery, then you can print as you say you can with those already there?

Because I couldn't find out how to do it. Nothing seemed to work. ( I know it's late and I probably am dozy, but stuck!)

Sorry, boxtops, should have said thank you for such a prompt reply. Will try again!
Yes ... Make sure you copy or move from camera to hard drive before you do anything!
Try opening them in a decent image viewer and then printing them from there. Irfanview is free and deserves a place on everyone's PC. (It's an excellent image viewing program, with plenty of image manipulation options available as well):

To email your photos, create a new email and then click the relevant button to add attachments. (That's a much more reliable method than using 'Send to', or similar).
