Is this DVD player avi/divx compatible?

I'm lead to believe it is but could someone explain how as it doesn't seem to say so on the spec. http://www.lidl.ie/IE...22.p.HDMI_DVD__Player

Yes it is.
I answered this before.
I also suggested Philips was better for the money.

AlBags you answered but you didn't explain how you know when it doesn't say on the spec.

The spec says that it is compatible with mpeg 4 which is used in the DivX format.
