Internet explorer is not my default browser, but just recently when I click on it, it will open up as a goggle search page.

Down the left-hand side of this window is a narrow black window, and at the top of this is the word 'Clip Book'.

Underneath at the top, 'Select' 'Edit' 'Print'

Underneath at the bottom, 'Preferences', 'View Web Site', 'Community Forum'

Anyone one know what this is, and how to get rid of it please?

Click tools > add-ons > Enable or Disable Add-Ons and look for either clip book or something like HP compaq helper and disable it.
Chuck. Daughters laptop connects intermittently to wireless network. sometimes tries to start many many connections. Sometimes gives a message saying something like the router is not configured for the service we are tying to use. Just doing a quick sweep for bugs. Any ideas?
Meant to say, It's been fine before.

Chuck you are a genius, that did the trick.

It disabled :

HP Print Enhancer
HP Smart BHO Class
Show or Hide HP Smart Web
HP Smart Web Printing

Will this have any effect on my normal printing on Ms Internet Explorer, or FireFox, using my HP printer?

Thanks once again.
