Is there any way or readding what it says on the cap tallies of the cadets in this picture (the one with prince charles)?

I'm sure those people are from my district, but noone form my unit was asked to do the march . . . .

Nope almost certainly not... it's only 298x174 in size so it's far too low res to be able to get any detail from it.

It doesn't seem to repeated anywhere else larger either

aarrrrggggghhh sorry chuck it won't copy the right page, you'll have to scrool down on it and clcick next page, there's a pic with Prince charles and a squad of cadets.

Still the same answer (i did find the correct pic)

It's too small to have any real detail in it so zooming in just pixelates the pic. and tineye can't find a larger copy of it.

Send it to CSI, they can recover a high resolution face, the DNA and life history of a subject from a single pixel.
