Hi, I have just gone to my inbox in windows mail and it has asked me for a username and password. This has never happened before, and I'm not sure how to get round this as I don't recall any of the info required. What now ????

I'm with Virgin Media and this has happened to me a few times including today. It's usually a problem at the ISP end.

Try a System Restore which may help, but then I`m no IT.

Thanks for the answers. I have tried a system restore to no avail. ( thats about the limit of my computer knowledge!!!! )
