I have just changed providers and when I try to open some files - PDF gas bill and a brochure from a site etc I get a message Windows cannot access the specific device path or file you may not have appropriate permission to access the item AND ITS MY GAS BILL.!!!!! help.

My video on You Tube has been banned in Germany.

cant open any of my emails from the Hotmail account

I have just had my provider on the phone and he said I maybe had not removed the old Adobe programme before installing the updated one. This I had not done have now done it and hey presto fingers crossed all is well ........at least I got my gas bill - sob sob.
