3 mobile broadband

I've have PAYG with 3 mobile broadband. Works great for long stretches, then can have problems for weeks. They're really pleasant if I call but usually say it's a problem my end, but I've just had 2 months no probs at all and nothing's changed. But last couple of days keep losing connection or not able to access at all. Does anybody else have similar probs? I'm in London. For obvious reasons, if you reply, I may not see it for a while. Sending this quickly now while I have connection.

On the whole I have found 3 to be excellent, but we go through these periods that, once something goes wrong, it seems to go on for ages. I find their Helpline good to talk to (language barriers overcome by patience and politeness), they follow up complaints, etc. Anyway, don't have and don't want a contract for this reason, so think I'll investigate another supplier.
