auction sites other than ebay

I have about a third of my household items to sell due to down sizing. I saw a programme on tv about clearing your house and they were in the uk using other auction sites which I assume are cheaper fee wise to list items an ebay who cash in!!

Has anyone any info on other sites, or any recommendations thanks alot.

if you google "online auction" quite a few come up. I've only used Ebay myself.
