I'm guessing that you've clicked on the wrong 'Print' button.
That page is a PDF document. It has probably opened with the Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in, inside an otherwise empty browser page. So you're effectively using two programs at once. Your browser thinks that the page is empty but Adobe Acrobat Reader knows that it has the document on display. So, instead of telling your browser to print the document, you need to tell Adobe Acrobat Reader to do so.
Immediately above the Freesat document you've probably got a bar with various symbols on it. The one on the far left is likely to be a printer. (I'm having to type 'probably' and 'likely to be' because I can't guarantee that your screen will appear identically to mine). Click on THAT printer symbol (NOT on File>Print) and, hopefully, the document will print.
