Can Excel do this for me?

We have introduced a health screening tool where I work, its called "MUST" its all about BMI's and weight gain/loss etc. see here: http://www.indi.ie/do...heet_MUST_June_09.pdf

What I want to know is, can excel do all these calculations, if it is set up so I just insert all the relevant details, height weight etc.

If not, do you know a programme that will.

Will it give me a chart? that would be even better :-)

Oh, I have never actually used excel :-)

Doing all these calculations every month is a pain the bottom.

I would imagine that somebody has already created a tool for doing this on the PC but I have searched but cant find anything :-(
