cannot access websites on an e-mail in Microsoft Outlook

when i receive an e-mail which hasa website address then when I click it I am unable to go to that website as the message says it is not allowed on the computor as the seetings do not allow this.

I know it must be a setting on my computor but I dont know where to go. Any help please?
