Unsafe email attachment

I try to send myself an email with a photo from my mobile in the hope of bringing the picture onto my PC screen. The email arrives but not the picture. Outlook Express tells me it has removed an 'unsafe attachment'. How can I stop OE removing my picures please? Most grateful for help with this.

Tools>Options>Security tab
Under 'Virus Protection', click to remove the tick alongside 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus'.
Click 'Apply' and 'OK'
