I am running win. XP and I was looking at the folder ''My Music'' which has around 300
items of music in it, I pressed ''copy'' by mistake and it coppied but where would it go to?
when i checked the amount of free space left in my computer it had gone down so I would like to delete
the copy of this folder but I cant find it, any ideas?

if you just pressed copy and nothing else it would have gone into the clipboard which is only temporary storage and will be either cleared when you shut-down the computer or when you next copy something else into the clipboard.

If you copied it somewhere else just do a search for the name of anything in the music folder and see if two copies are found of it, if it does make a note of the location of the copy that is not in music and that should be where you'll find the copy.
