Acer laptop

I wonder if any of you ABers use an acer laptop? A friend is having problems in that she is not receiving e-mails which have been sent by friends and yet the e-mails are not being returned as "unable to be delivered". I tried to help her but, unfortunately, I must have done something wrong and deleted her e-mail account. Now she cannot set this up again. Please can anyone help?

It's nothing to do with what type of laptop it is, we need to know what mail software they use and what email provider.

I am afraid I don't know other than she logs on to Windows Live Mail and her e-mail address consists only of her [email protected]
