I know that by putting in a short code before using your landline you can receive cheaper international calls. My question is however, do any companies let us do this from mobile phones. Im looking to ring a mate in Italy, and a friend in Republic of Ireland from my mobile.....but at the minute it is very expensive.

 

Any ideas?
