you can't (though the Ed did once). Load it onto a picture-shareing website such as tinypic, which will give you allink you can put onto an AB post

Oops sorry, dopey me - I do know the difference between a photo and an avatar (which you already have). Open up an account with Photobucket then you can link photos here from there.
