Cannot access account

I have a problem - I cannot sign into my ebay account on my computer - yet when I use someone elses computer I have no difficulty. What do you think the problem is with my computer? many thanks

Clear your cache and browsing history then try again.

You've not said what browser you use, so not exactly...

In general look on the tools menu for something like delete browsing history, select all the options and then click OK

Doing the above will clear all saved passwords you may have set for all websites so you'll have to re-enter them.
