no signal

good morning all ,can anyone give me an answer? my freeview tv has been working fine up till tues we turnerd over to bbc and have no picture we get the blue screen then the no signal sign comes up all the other channels are working fine but no bbc channels could it be the tv that is broken down thanks for any help out there .

very unlikely to be a problems with the TV, Just do a full rescan of the channels (check your manual on how to do that)

thanks chuck i have done that ,i have now been told it is my airel but tv upstairs ok no box the other bedroom works with the free view box the one in the lounge works with the sky but no signal without sky
