This is just a tip., If you have the above keyboard and you find that you can`t sign in, don`t do as I did and spend hours trying to find the fault by starting and stopping it,and trying to put it in Safe Mode.....Change the two XXX batteries underneath, which I didn`t do because I had only changed them for two new Duracells a week ago. Just thought I`d mention it, hoping it helps someone out there in the mist.....should it happen to you.

My batteries usually last about 12 months in my keyboard.

Hi Ratters, yes my previous ones did also and I only bought these last lot `Duracell Ultra 4+4 free` last week from Wilkinson's so I assumed they were good.
