Every time I switch on my laptop, the first things that load are two panels called 'Desktop Note pad'

They are blank except for the following words, letters and symbols.

Localizes resource name = followed by a line of various letters, symbols, numbers

These two pages load every time I switch on my laptop.

Can anyone please help by telling me what purpose they serve, and would it do any harm to delete them permanently, and if not how would I do this please?

Thanks once again Chuck for your answer.

But could I be a complete bother and ask why these 2 sheets come up together, and have done since the day I bought the laptop brand new?

And what are virtual post it note type software, if it is a bona fide programme, what is it's purpose?
