I was making a word doc with several inserted small photos as well as text and suddenly the doc froze and the pictures disappeared. I got an error message saying there was insufficient disk space to show or print the photos.
How come?! It's Word! And although my pc is full, it does have 38GB of memory left.
Please help! It took me ages and I need it for work !

I don't understand...

You say although your computer is full it does have 38GB left?

Which is it? is it full or does it have 38GB left?

Or do you have 2 hard drives? if so it's the drive labelled C that is the important one, if that's out of space you'll have big problems no matter how much is free on other drives.
Question Author
What I mean is, in properties, the C drive has 232gb total size and 38.4 free space.
Question Author
Also, just out of interest, I have 35 GB of music, 22.8 GB pictures, 29GB videos, 11.6GB of films.

Is that okay or should I look to reduce these? Thanks so much for any advice you can give me!
