Printer Printing Pink

I have an Epson SX415 printer it is 8mths old I have been using compatible inks which have been ok, I have just replaced the inks but it is printing everything pink, have done head clean but no success, Can anyone help.

If you do a search for Epson, there are lots saying that people have had problems (including me) in trying to use non-epson cartridges (I had to throw one printer away). Alternatively it could just need a head clean.

An Epson 'support dude' told me that non-Epson cartridges might cause problems.

I thought, "yeah, right, you would say that".

Bugger was right though ... plenty of custard with my humble pie please.

I tried using compatable inks from Staples on my SX400 and nearly had to dump it .Only managed to save it by putting a full set of Epson inks in.
