is MS Windows XP Home Ultra Lite more or less the same as normal XP?

As above really...what are the big differnces?

i assume its generally just 'smaller' all round...but any major issues?

is it like WinCE ?

It's a licensing difference.

ultra light can only be supplied on a low power netbook computer with no more than 1GB RAM and no larger than a 160GB hard drive.

ah i see...but its more or less fully functional as xp?

it's exactly the same as normal XP home, it's only the license terms that are different.
