childhood hero?

I have to answer this as part of 20 questions about myself im female 29 but I never was the sort to have a hero, I never looked up to anyone. Alot of the answers for the other 19 questions are funny answers as I am stuck on this one should I just put

Childhood hero: Inspector Gadget

or Danger Mouse?

Any ideas please.

Kendra Lowe

If you're 29, you were born in ... 1981?

Kendra Lowe played Netball for England when I was in my 20's, so that makes it the mid 80's until the mid 90's, I think. She got well over 100 international caps. She's our most ever capped Netball player. So she must have been playing for England from when you were 5 or 6, all through your early teens. She got an OBE for services to Netball, or something like that. I think she's now a coach for one of the SuperLeague teams.

Tah Daah ... the perfect childhood hero.

I've just Googled Kendra Lowe. Apparently ...

1. She's now called Kendra Slawinski (yeah, I know!!)

2. She played for England from 1987-1997.

3. She got 128 caps !!!!!

4. She now coaches the Mavericks.

Ideal childhood hero ... even if she did marry and end up with a bit of a "Noo Yoyk" name.
