How can I unlock my e-mail

I have a Virgin e-mail address but it has become' locked up' I cannot access any mail at all.
This happened a long time ago and I finally found 'QUICKDELETE' supplied free by Yetisoft but although their web site still appears it doesn't seem to work anymore.
This proggramme allowed one to access ones e-mails without downloading them thereby allowing one to see what was causing the problem, delete it and all worked fine again.
Can any of you clever people suggest a similar programme that I can get, preferably free, we OOPs have to be careful these days with what cash we have, I was told that if I accessed the Virgin Web Site there I would find the means to do just that but there are pages after pages all trying to sell me something but not what I need.

Are you accessing Virgin webmail on the webpage .. or from your PC mail client?
Log in on web to webmail .. Look through for large attachments and delete.
Delete the pages of spam.
If you had sorted the spam system and set up the webmail you would likely not had a problem.

Thank you for your interest albags but as I said in the original question, I have laready treid that without success.
I normally access my e-mails via me PC client, I certianly do not access them via any Web page, not until now that is when I treid to and failed. Thanks anyway.

QuickDelete still works - I use it every day to clear the junk for a charity client.
If you can't access your e-mail via your regular client or Quick Delete, then the problem is either with you e-mail provider or you have configured them incorrectly.

Type Your Answer Here...Thank you Rojosh but I still need the registration code and the Yetisoft web site refuses to accept my Post Code suggesting that the code NG???? is incorrect That's a Nottingham code and I live in Lincolnshire so I know that code is wrong but I didn't enter it!
I gave up after 5/6 attempts thinking that the site was no longer active but are you suggesting that it is still working?
If so I'll try again but if it didn't work properly after attempts spread over 2 days I'm not that optimistic.

You can download QuickDelete from here:

You can get a FREE registration code from here:
http://www.yeti-soft.de/eng/getkey.html

Just type in a user name (you don't need to give your e-mail address)
Click Go, and the Key will be displayed - you can then copy and paste it into quick delete.
