Backing up Address Book

Hi, I've just bought a new computer and want to transfer the contents of my address book to it. I figure the best way is to back it up to Cd and then load it onto the new one.

Does anyone have a better idea?

If not, can anyone tell me HOW to back up my address book to CD?

Can you not just zip it up and email it to yourself...
