How do I banish TravelMole?
TravelMole keep e-mailing me and ignore all requests to stop. They are a tremendous nuisance because when I click on their e-mail to DELETE it, up pops a fault window. Then, no matter how deal with that window, I lose Outlook Express and have to start again.
But, of course, when I get back to Inbox the TravelMole e-mail is still highlighted and it all starts again!
I have e-mailed TravelMole three times asking them to take me off their mailing-list but have received no reply or acknowledgement. Filtering them out doesn't seem to work either.
Can I complain to my ISP and ask them to act? If not, what?
