I have started to do my private pilots licence here in the UK but with the ever increasing prices and the time frame in which i want to do it in its looking better abroad.... so were is the best place to do it i have heard Florida and Canada are two good places but were is the cheapest

The cheapest might not be somewhere that gives you a licence that is recognised by the CAA. As you say, Florida has always been a favourite.
