pages viewed at top of screen
3 Answers
Since having new hard drive have had some setting changed and need to know how to get the pages viewed to be shown at the top of the screen instead of where they are now at the bottom.Iam finding when Iam signing off and closing down it used to come up with small message saying Do you wish to close all tabs which now isn't happening since all pages vieweant to have to close each paged have gone to bottom.I don't want to have to right click and close each page.
Also wish to keep aol as my home page but also wish to have a google search space and not only the aol one.Again had this before but don't know how to reset this.
many thanks for all help.

In which case that means you have internet explorer6 installed at the moment, you can download internet explorer 8 manually and install it but seeing as IE8 would normally be installed automatically by doing windows updates you would be best off doing your windows updates to get your system fully up to date with all the latest security updates.
So click start > all programs > windows update and let it run through all the updates, you may have to run the windows update 3 or 4 times to get them all (which will take a long time) but once it's done you will get a browser choice option, select IE8 as your browser and you'll have your tabs back.
