tecno phobic {cant spell good either } needs help

well i have a ds xl, and was getting good at transfering games off a disc on to r4 card, but ive now deleted somthing that i thought was a game that did,nt have a title, but when i loaded the card in my ds again the scrren thing came up but instead of a white menu sign, this red one came with a question mark,well you donmt have to eistien to work out that game i thought was untitled was somthing thats wiped out the lot, could anyone advise me in very very simple turns if and how i can get them back
