HELP! Javascript probs

Whenever I try and click on links in some websites my laptop won't do anything. It says something about javascript"append sessionID" in the bottom left of the screen. Please help as it is driving me crazy - have been on hold to the helpline and gave up after an hour of holding without talking to anyone.

Are you using Internet explorer? I had the same problem and spent weeks trawling through different sites for advice.Nothing I tried worked.In the end I switched to Mozilla Firefox which is much better.
