I have loud crackling on my telephone line with virgin media tried another phone handset no change,
the engineer for VM came over today couldnt do anything babbled on about "oh new wire outside" what could he mean?
I called VM after but got through to "chris" in India yeah...he didn't know either so I am just curious anyone else can diagnose?
Impossible to diagnose without actually testing it personally ... anyone that says they can, is talking from their ....
