I just got this phone on the O2 network before the weekend, and I can connect to the internet using my home wifi connection, but I can't access the internet at all when I'm away from home, out and about. It's driving me insane, I'm paying for a service I can't use. Can anyone tell me in plain, simple English please, what I can do? Many thanks!

ring o2 and ask them to send you wap settings or log onto o2 website, as there is a number you can text (think its 20202) and the settings just come straight to your phone, you do need to save the text messages that come to your phone and then turn it off and on, then it should work.
You go to the 02 website and trigger the text(s) yourself for WAP and MMS services. Then it should work once you have received and 'saved' the messages.

That service only works for iPhones, AlBags, or so it said on the O2 website anyway. I called O2 this morning, and got all the settings sent through by email. I've followed them to the letter, so hopefully it's worked. I have to say, neither the instruction booklet that came with my phone, or the Samsung or O2 websites were very helpful. I spent two days searching online forums for this information, so thank you very much, wilkesneil and AlBags :-)
