Portable North Pole Download

I recently paid to download my daughters message from Santa so that I could put it on a disc for her to look at when she's older. However, when I downloaded it I couldn't open on my computer. Does anyone know what I can do please? Thank you very much!

Yes. Have you tried download VLC player? You should be able to find it using google. That should play mp4 files.

IS VLC the same as Tigerplayer? I've got Tigerplayer and it plays absolutely everything. Windows media is a crock of ladies vegetable bits or something.

Not heard of Tigerplayer but there's very little that VLC won't play.

It's very similar to VLC and GOM, both of which are far better media players than WMP.

Right click on the file and select send to > your CD drive.

You could try converting it to AVI or DVD and then you could play it on a TV.
